Nahmani Group (Nahmani Investments LLC) buys residential property directly from owners in Connecticut. This policy explains what we collect from property owners who contact us, from visitors to this site, and from members of the Nahmani Group Community, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Property owners & sellers

When you ask us for a cash offer — through our form, by phone, by text, or by replying to a letter — we collect the property address, your name, your phone number and email if you give them, and what you tell us about the property and your timeline. We use it only to evaluate the property, contact you about an offer, and keep a record of your contact preferences. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with other investors or lead buyers.

Community accounts (social app)

Account data — your email, display name, handle, and password (stored only as a salted, hashed value; we never see your plain password).
Content — the photos, videos, captions, comments, stories, and messages you create.
Usage & technical data — actions such as likes, follows, and views, plus basic technical signals (e.g. IP address at sign-up, used to prevent abuse).

How we use it

To operate the Community (show your content, deliver messages and notifications, power the feed and discovery), to keep it safe (verify email, prevent spam and abuse, enforce our Terms), and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage & processors

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, including Supabase (database and media storage) and our hosting provider. Email is sent through our email provider. These processors handle data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Cookies & sessions

We use a single signed, http-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies in the Community.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, block other members, and delete your posts at any time. To access, correct, or delete your account and associated data, contact us and we’ll action it within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Text messages & mobile information

If you ask us to contact you — for example by submitting our cash-offer form — we may send you text messages about your property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you asked for. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We record the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time, and the page you submitted, so we can evidence your consent. Opting out of texts does not affect any offer or discussion in progress.

Children

The Community is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
